Happy, welcoming people are a consistent draw at Only Hearts, with two
locations in New York and one in Los Angeles. Founder Helena Stuart
explains: "I look to hire happy people. The managers of the shops have been
there for 10 to 20 years. They are familiar faces, and customers trust them."
Education
Alexandra Vaissière brought her Parisian-inspired aesthetic to Adelaide,
Australia, to open a physical store, Alexandra Lingerie. Her shop provides
lingerie and education for women of all shapes and sizes on how the right 昀椀t
can transform comfort into con昀椀dence. "Our sta昀昀 wears bras they know 昀椀t
correctly and will often reference their own body and experiences to relate

ranging from 26A to 60O.
She also works to conquer expectations about age. "Folks come in and
admire the garments but immediately note sentiments like, 'If I were still in
my twenties or a bit younger.' I always remind them there is no expiration
date on one's ability to adorn nice undergarments," shares owner Adrina
Dietra.
Plus, she makes this hidden gem in Ithaca, NY, a respite. This lingerie shop
and apothecary has an elegant storefront with a stylish, dark-colored interior.
It's 昀椀lled with lingerie and an array of evocative scents, soaps and potions.
"Walking into our shop is an immersive experience — like walking into
your size or age.
