Phase 1: Education ~ 1 to 2 years leading up to release
The Education Phase is yearlong and operates in quarters, with four groups of
approximately 10-15 incarcerated people in the women's facility beginning each
quarter. Classes are held Monday through Friday during the day and on Monday,
Tuesday, and Thursday evenings.
