ABBOTT LABORATORIES
Abbott Laboratories has invested $37.6 million
in a new facility in Westfield, Indiana, bringing
approximately 450 new jobs to the area. The
120,000-square-foot facility will manufacture
medical devices used for heart valve repair.

HERITAGE BAY
The Heritage Bay project includes a remodel
and additions to the preexisting facility. This
10,000-square-feet build includes expanding
the existing clubhouse, an outdoor lounge
area, restaurant space, and pool cafe.
