Troubleshooting Guide
BROKEN/MISSING ITEMS
Maintenance and the cleaning crew use a cabin checklist to ensure that there
are no missing or broken items and take photos of the cabin in the condition it
was before guest arrival. However, in the rare case that you cannot locate an
item, or it is not functioning properly please leave us a note and we will have it
taken care of upon your departure.
If you break an item, please leave us a note so that we may replace it. We
understand accidents happen and we do not charge for
wear or tear. However, it is important that
we know so future guests are not without.
CONTACT INFORMATION
If you are having a true emergency, please call our emergency number at
580-306-9571. Leave a detailed message stating the nature of your emergency,
the cabin name, and a phone number where we can reach you. Please note
that non-emergencies calls will be returned the next morning. Emergencies
include No heat, air, or electricity.
