● Enjoy a cruise along the picturesque River Severn
Join us on a day trip to the market town of Shrewsbury
with its Tudor houses and Medieval Castle. The town
centre is almost an island, encircled by the River Severn
and home to more than 600 historic buildings including the
church where Charles Darwin, who was born in
Shrewsbury, was baptised. The intriguingly named Wyle
Cop is rumoured to have the longest run of independent
shops and is part of the vibrant town centre. We will also
enjoy a scenic cruise along the River Severn onboard the
Sabrina, a triple-decked boat. See the town from a different
perspective with an interesting commentary with tea/
coffee and biscuits provided.

Vintage. Steam & Farm Show and enjoy a delightful blend
of nostalgia and rural charm. There will be an impressive
display of beautifully restored vintage steam engines,
tractors, and agricultural machinery from a bygone era. The
event also features a bustling market where visitors can
shop for antiques, crafts, and locally produced goods.
Food stalls offering delicious regional cuisine and live
music performances add to the atmosphere; whilst
blacksmithing, woodworking demonstrations and livestock
displays provide a glimpse into the skills and trades that
were once vital to rural life.
