Vicar’s Landing Embraces The Future
As we turn the page on another year

Vicar’s Landing, we eagerly look to the
opportunities ahead in 2024.
In the fall of 2024, we will mark a
signi昀椀cant milestone for Vicar’s Landing with the groundbreaking for our new Memory Center and Assisted
Living community at Oak Bridge. These developments signify our unwavering commitment to providing an
exceptional continuum of care and support for our residents, ensuring that every individual’s needs are met
with dignity and compassion.
We also anticipate the completion of our residences at Oak Bridge, where a vibrant community is already
昀氀ourishing and enriching lives. This expansion re昀氀ects our dedication to meeting the evolving needs of our
community and growing along with the need for our kind of extraordinary senior living experience.
In 2024, the need for alternative access for our residents will be realized with the installation of a more
convenient entryway through Sawgrass Village into the Oak Bridge campus — an initiative aimed at enhancing
convenience and safety for our residents.
Just as exciting, in 2024, the long-planned upgrade of our Sawgrass campus will begin, transforming this
beloved neighborhood into an even more welcoming, vibrant place to live. These renovations, guided by the
resident input we gratefully received as part of the Master Plan process, are designed to elevate the living
experience for all.
The Vicar’s Landing Foundation continues to be a beacon of support and generosity, contributing to the growth
and vitality of our community. As we look ahead, we’re excited to see the foundation expand its reach and
impact, fostering opportunities to assist our residents to thrive and 昀氀ourish.
As we embrace the future with optimism and resolve, we’re reminded of the unwavering spirit of resilience
