Pay Rate
Cash Advance on Arrival
Basic Salary: £25,655 pa
(Once NMC registered)
A cash advance of £100 per week is
available if required for up to 4
weeks, to help see you through to
your first pay day.
Basic Salary: £23,650 pa
(prior to registration)
Overtime
Food Parcel on Arrival
Unsocial hours payments in
addition to basic pay. Please see
details provided in NHS salary
information.
Pay Frequency
Basic essentials will be provided on
arrival to the Trust including food
supplies to see you through the
first few days.
Local Benefits
Salary is paid on the 28th of each
month unless this falls on a
weekend or bank holiday. In this
case you will be paid the working
day before.

NHS Pension Scheme
You may join the hospital’s staff
bank to work additional shifts once
you have achieved NMC
