Phase 1: Education ~ 1 to 2 years leading up to release
The Education Phase is yearlong and operates in quarters, with four groups of
approximately 35 incarcerated people in the men's facility beginning each quarter.
Classes are held Monday through Friday during the day and on Monday, Tuesday,
and Thursday evenings.
