I love making guacamole with my Dad and
tacos are my favorite meal, so I gured this
was the perfect recipe to share for the
cookbook. This is so delicious to eat with
tortilla chips on our patio while I play
outside.
Enjoy and let the kids prepare this yummy
recipe!
Yields: Family of 4. Double for a crowd.
Ingredients
4 Ripe Avocados
3 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (1 Lemon)
8 dashes Tabasco Sauce (optional)
1/2 cup Red Onion, diced small (1 Onion)
1 Large Garlic Clove, minced
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
1 Medium Tomato, seeded & diced

Cilantro, to taste
Mix together and chill for about an hour. Perfect for a summer evening on the patio!
