WALL MOUNTED DIRECT DRAW DISPENSING THROUGH A WALL
A walk-in cooler stores both the kegs and the beer lines for delivery of product to shanks
mounted directly through a wall. A drip tray mounts to the outside wall to contain any
spillage. Beer is dispensed at the same temperature as it is stored in the walk-in.
PERFORMANCE TIP: THE WALK-IN SHOULD BE DEDICATED TO KEG BEER,
WITH A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF WALK-IN TRAFFIC IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN
KEG TEMPERATURE.
