Hilltops develop a child’s ability to estimate distances whilst
at the same time making them familiar with heights. Hilltops
enhance a child’s ability to balance at rest (static balance) and
in motion (dynamic balance). Great fun for children as they
practice their co-ordination skills.
Each top has rubber edging to prevent them slipping and
sliding and they are designed in such a way to not overturn.
Place the hilltops so that your child can practice walking
uphill and downhill keeping their balance and practice
weight transfer. Children have an inner urge to challenge
gravity and playing with hilltops requires good balance,
motor control and co-ordination.
