Troubleshooting Guide
HEATING
General Information: Temperatures are preset prior to your arrival. Please DO
NOT exceed AC settings below 70 degrees or heat above 76 degrees.
Troubleshooting:
We are very sorry that you are having an issue with the heating system. We know
exactly how cold it can get here in Broken Bow, so we want to help you resolve
these issues as quickly as possible. Some problems are easily and quickly
resolved with our self-help menu, while others require waiting for a repair
company and possibly parts to arrive. Broken Bow is a small town and only has a
handful of HVAC repair companies servicing the entire area, so your patience is
appreciated.
Please understand that the heating can only
operate at one speed, regardless of what the
thermostat has been set to. Turning a thermostat
up to 90 degrees will not heat the cabin any faster.
