Data is key to identifying ways we can support our people from
underrepresented backgrounds. We are committed to nurturing
an inclusive environment where everyone is able to perform at
their best. Collecting the diversity data of our people, where we
are legally permitted to do so, helps us to gain a deeper insight
into the impact of our work, practices and policies on those
underrepresented at the firm. Utilising this data in a systematic
manner to identify where the barriers may be for some on their
career paths enables us to proactively take steps to remove these
barriers and contribute to our inclusive culture.
