Variable Entrance Fee Refund Program*
Variable Entrance Fee Refund Program*
Granite Hill Estates offers a Variable Entrance Fee Refund Program. Entrance fees and monthly fees are
determined by the size of each cottage. Each resident(s) must select one of the refund options – either 80% or
90% - each of which has a corresponding monthly fee. The Entrance Fee refund amount and the Monthly Fee
amount decrease with each lower refund percentage option.
For example, if you selected a Capital Cottage with an Entrance Fee of $265,000. (in the 1,451 sq. ft – 1,600 sq. ft
range) and the 90% refund option, your monthly fee would be $1,660. (plus $335. for an additional resident) and
in the future you or your estate would receive a refund of 90% of $265,000. equaling $238,500., in accordance
with our refund policy.
The services and amenities included in the monthly fee are listed on the back of the floor plans. Please ask to see
the Residency Agreement for complete details.
