Basic Salary: £26,937 - £33,379 pa
(including 5% HCAS)
Once NMC registered.
Pre-registration Salary: £23,676 pa
(including 5% HCAS)
HCAS = High-Cost Area Supplement
Overtime
You may join the hospital’s nurse
bank to work additional shifts after
you have achieved NMC
registration.
Nurses may be permitted to join
the nurse bank to work shifts as a
Healthcare Assistant prior to full
NMC registration.
Cash Advance on Arrival
Unsocial hours payments in addition
to basic pay. Please see details
provided in NHS salary information.
Pay Frequency
A cash advance of £500 is offered
to help you until your first payday
(reclaimed from salary in month 2
post deployment).
Food Parcel on Arrival
Salary is paid on the 26th of each
month unless this falls on the
weekend. In this case you will be
paid the Friday before the 26th.
