The electrical portion of this four-story, 100,000 square-foot
facility was delivered through virtual design coordination and
consisted of complex electrical and low voltage scopes. The
TSU Health Sciences Building will not only integrate the
departments, but it will serve as a focal point for both
undergraduate and graduate health science students. This
facility will be home to collaborative learning spaces,
instructional classrooms, four different types of laboratories,
and a tiered lecture hall that can accommodate anywhere
from 260 to 1120 students. It will also contain several classrooms
built to replicate healthcare facilities, which will simulate reallife clinical experiences for the health science students.
