Johnson County and southern Indianapolis families have access to 昀椀rst rate private and public K-12
school systems in places like Greenwood, Franklin, Whiteland, and Bargersville as well as premier
universities nearby that 昀椀t a wide range of career paths and interests. Johnson County is also home to
Franklin College, a leading liberal arts institution, and Ivy Tech Franklin Campus, a two-year technical
college. Other world-class universities such as Purdue University, Indiana University, Indiana State
University, Ball State University, Butler University, and DePauw University are within a 60-to-90-minute
drive.
