QUALIFICATIONS
All employees of the Archdiocese should have these qualifications:
1. A capacity to develop and maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships and sensitivity to
the feelings, attitudes and needs of others.
2. A personal and professional maturity.
3. An ability to maintain confidentiality.
4. An ability to grow and develop personally and professionally and flexibility to adapt to
changing responsibilities.
5. A sense of loyalty in the performance of duties and responsibilities and in the management of
Archdiocesan resources.
6. All employees must comply with the Safe Environment policies of the Archdiocese of
Atlanta. Safe Environment requirements for an employee include the successful
completion of a criminal background screening and based on the requirements of the
position other variables such as credit and driving records may need to be reviewed as
well. Candidates must also complete training.
7. Must uphold and respect the teachings of the Catholic Church.
