Troubleshooting Guide
Gas Heat: First check other gas items (stove and hot water) to make sure it is
not a general gas issue. If so, please call us and we will schedule a third-party
company to repair the problem. If not, make sure that the thermostat is set in
the "heat" position, fan is on “auto”, and that the temperature setting on the
thermostat is set above the indoor temperature showing on the thermostat.
Electric Heat: Check to make sure it is not a general electrically problem by
turning on lights and other electrical items. If so, contact Choctaw Electric to
report a power outage at 800-780-6486. If not, check the electric breakers/fuse
