Cooling Systems
Sprinkler emitters are available with a 360° or a 180° pattern.
They emit large droplets of water that easily penetrate the
hairs on the pigs to contact the skin. The rate is adjustable
from 1 to 25 gph with a diameter from 4’ to 15’. All emitters
are made of non-corrosive materials.
Low Pressure Systems. Installation is quick and easy with the
snap-on Emitters and Misters. No drilling is necessary!
The Droplet Emitters are rated at 1/2 gph @15 psi. They are
a pressure compensating emitter which means they deliver
the same amount of water at various pressures. Flexible
1/8" Transfer Tubing may be added to the Emitter to reach
application site.
Cool Stock Controller with Solenoid Valve. Control the flow of
water based on the time and temperature setting you choose.
Automatically activates the solenoid valve when temps are
warmer than setting.
Misters are used in applications where dust is a problem or
where a cooling mist is desired. The Misters are rated at 5
gph @ 15 psi with a 360 degree full cone pattern. At a height
of 8’, the Mister will have a 6’ diameter spread pattern.
