Troubleshooting Guide
Cool setting and the fan setting is on Auto. Make sure that the thermostat
temperature is set to no lower than 70 degrees. In this case, the air
conditioning is working, and most likely the cool air it has produced has been
released through the opening of doors and windows. We often encounter that
a child or guest did not get an exterior door in a bedroom closed all the way, or
a window was left open unknowingly, and now the air conditioner must play
catch-up.
Air Conditioning - No Air Blowing
If you have no air coming from the air conditioning vents, ensure that the
thermostat is set properly as described in the previous step. If the thermostats
have been set correctly, we need you to check the electric breakers. Electric
panels are often hard to find; they may be hidden behind pictures on the walls,
in closets, in the washer/dryer areas, or in a storage room. When you locate the
electric panel, try to locate the individual breaker (or breakers) that are marked
for the part of the house or appliance that is without power. Please flip those
