5. Parson9s Nose at Selfridges
Parson9s Nose has been available at Selfridges London since April becoming the London landmark9s butcher counter. Situated in Selfridges Foodhall, it is able to ofer its onest variety of freerange meats and artisanal products via specialists that work on premises such as @lesthebutcher_96. Parson9s Nose orst graced the streets of Fulham in 2007, with one ambition in mind- to
bring back the traditional butchers shop that was so loved from childhood memories and has
successfully done this justice by sourcing the onest free-range meats and delicious produce as
well as combining that with knowledgeable and personal service from the best butchers in town.
It was recently awarded winner of the prestigious Butcher Shop of the year and Online Butcher
Shop of the year. With three stores in West London as well as delivering nationwide, Parson9s
Nose is open seven days a week in the Foodhall, serving customers and the local community.
Highlights from the range include its free-range beef, including ex-dairy beef which is reared in
Devon, its award-winning Beef Wellington and famed Wagyu. BBQ cuts and game will also be on
ofer as well as its Butchery Masterclasses, the perfect gift for every foodie. Also available at Parson9s Nose at Selfridges London is its Restaurant Meal Collection consisting of dishes prepared
fresh each day by the Parson9s Nose chefs in the heart of Parson9s Green, London, Parson9s Nose
Headquarters kitchen. These include traditional Fish Pie, juicy Chicken Kievs with Wild Garlic

6. Wildnowers in Belgravia
Wildnowers, the much-anticipated neighbourhood restaurant from chef Aaron Potter and interior
stylist Laura Hart will open in Belgravia this autumn. Inspired by the warm, relaxed dining culture of France, Italy and Spain, Wildnowers will be an expression of Mediterranean cooking with
global innuences and a focus on seasonality, where elegant yet uncomplicated dishes are paired
with European wines in a stylish and laid-back setting. Following a career that spans Michelin-starred kitchens from Sydney to New York and London9s Trinity and Elystan Street, the menu
at Aaron9s orst solo venture will be focused around hyper-seasonal ingredients where innovative
dishes appear efortless. The restaurant will open alongside a wine bar and deli this Autumn.

7. Freight in South London

To commemorate the Coronation of HM King Charles III, and ahead of his 75th birthday the
artist Mark Evans and renowned whisky blenders The Last Drop Distillers joined forces to create
