Accommodation
The Trust will arrange for all nurses to be accommodated with existing Trust employees (many of whom
will be Filipinos) for a minimum period of 3 months at a cost of approx. £450 per month, including bills.
This has been a very successful approach with previous cohorts and has helped the nurses settle in and
assimilate quickly.
The Nurses are then encouraged to move into shared accommodation as soon as possible (after 3
months) as the initial arrangements are for short term lets with each landlord.
There is no deposit required.
Nurses will be responsible for withdrawing their rental amount every month from their account
(following normal pay day on the 28th day of each month (or closest working day) and pay this direct to
their landlord as no automated payment arrangement has been set up.
