Troubleshooting Guide
Foamy water: Foamy water is caused by soap residues from bathing suits and
beauty skin care products. To decrease foam, use one capful of the defoamer
located in the Troubleshooting Kit. We recommend that you rinse swimsuits
well with water before entering the hot tub to avoid excess foam in the future.
Please leave a note to maintenance letting them know you used the product so
that we may refill the kit.
Odor: Hot tubs are emptied, cleaned, and refilled after every guest using local
tap water. Maintenance adds chemicals while water is being added. The odor
may be due to not enough chlorine being added at the time of refilling. To get
rid of the odor place 1 spoonful of chlorine in the hot tub.
Not heating: Broken Bow experiences more than usual electrical outages due
to the weather, current construction, and remote electrical towers. When the
electricity goes out it resets the hot tub into either sleep or economy mode.
For most hot tubs to fix, press the 'TEMP' button and then the 'LIGHT' button
