Troubleshooting Guide
WIFI/INTERNET SERVICE
General Information: Internet service is provided at no charge. Your code was
provided prior to your arrival via email. Please be advised that the cabins are in
a remote area surrounded by mountains and the internet and Wi-Fi are not as
fast or dependable as it is in less remote areas. You may not receive phone
service with some carriers. We are not responsible for internet outages or
compatibility with guest computers/phones.
Troubleshooting:
Phone/Computer is not connecting to provided wi-fi: First, be sure you are
using the correct password by referencing the email that was sent prior to your
arrival. The code can also be found on the refrigerator welcome letter.
Remember that passwords are space and case sensitive. If your password is
incorrect, your connection manager application on your
computer/tablet/phone will tell you so. If you do not get an incorrect password
error message, your password is correct. Follow the steps below-
