Phases 1, 2 and 3 of the RFP process entailed accepting Proposals for the purchase and
development of select Residential and Light Industry Development Blocks. The DBJ and
Enterprise Team are now embarking on a fourth phase (Phase 4) of the divestment process.
Phase 4 will involve the acceptance of proposals in relation to Residential (Townhouse)
Development Blocks.
Bidders should only submit Bids for the following lands being processed within the
Residential (Townhouse) Development Category:
Bids will now be invited for the following Development Blocks:
" TH7- Residential (Townhouse)
" TH9 - Residential (Townhouse)
" TH11- Residential (Townhouse)
" TH8 - Residential (Townhouse)
" TH10 - Residential (Townhouse)
The GBL Master Plan has reserved lands for parks within the GBLD, consisting of urban
parks, neighborhood parks and open spaces.
The green spaces within or adjacent to a Development Block may be offered as a part of
the sale along with the respective Development Block.
In relation to the Residential (Townhouse), the minimum common amenity area for each
unit, based on NEPA9s guidelines, is as follows:
" Studio 3 15 square metres;
" One bedroom 3 30 square metres; and
" Two or more bedroom 3 60 square metres
" Bidders must ensure that they fully and accurately complete all the relevant
forms contained within (Appendices: A-F of the RFP document)
NB: A Bid Security will not be required.
" Bids in response to the RFP must be submitted in accordance with the
procedures stipulated in Section 6.0 of the document.
" Bidder(s) will be selected based on selection criteria and procedures described
in the RFP.
