The Recruitment Process
Securing a T-Level placement at the UTC is an amazing opportunity . Students will make a significant me
investment with our employer partners as they fully believe this will support their ability to be employable.
It is right, therefore, that we operate a robust recruitment process which will involve employers. The full
process is detailed below.

Applicants will find the applica on form on our website. Applicants will need to
ensure that they meet the entry requirements.
Applicants who meet our entry requirements will receive a telephone call to have an
informal chat with UTC staff. A parental and student mee ng with be arranged to
discuss this course, making sure it is the correct pathway for you, employer will also
be involved to discuss your employer industry placement.

Placement Offers

Following interviews, our employer panel and UTC staff will match successful
applicants to the available placements. Applicants will be given a condi onal offer of
a place on the course and informed of the poten al placement.
