It is a constant struggle for us to redress the gender diversity and
under representation issues we face in the technology areas of
our business; Cyber Security is especially problematic. What I like
about Barclay Simpson is, that while they are as keen as anyone
else to fill our positions, they are constantly looking for ways to
help us to improve and achieve our wider objectives, quite often
challenging us and making us fundamentally re-evaluate our
approach. While EDI issues in technology areas will not go away,
we feel better supported in what we are trying to achieve.
