Designers should provide adequate information to enable the design output to be
checked for suitability prior to procuring and building the solution.
4.4.10 Designers may issue a design check certificate for category 1, 2 and 3 but this will
depend upon company procedures. Figure 1 shows an example of a ‘design check
certificate’.
