3.4 APPOINTING THE TEMPORARY WORKS TEAM
3.4.12 Attendance on a training course does not confer competency as this needs to be judged
based on a blend of skills, knowledge and experience. In-house training on company
procedures must also be provided for all those involved in the design and management
of temporary works.
3.4.13 It is also vitally important that those selecting people to attend training choose the
