3.2 CONTRACTURAL INTERFACES

There are many organisational interfaces involving design and construction of
temporary works. The PC’s TWC has overall responsibility to manage all interfaces
where they exist.
3.2.8
Certain organisations can be appointed, where deemed competent to co-ordinate their
own temporary works. These are so termed ‘Managing Sub-Contractors’.
3.2.9
There are many organisational interfaces involving design and construction of
temporary works. The PC’s TWC has overall responsibility to manage all interfaces
where they exist. However, where there is an interface in design, a Lead Temporary
Works Designer should be appointed.
