3.1 TEMPORARY WORKS ROLES IN THE CONSTRUCTION TEAM

The roles and duties of a project’s temporary works team are usually undertaken
by competent persons already carrying out other roles as shown in the summary below.

BS5975 recommends the following appointments should be made to manage the design
and implementation of temporary works:
