New 2025-2028 Strategic Plan
Verdant Health Commissioners have announced a new 2025-2028 Strategic Plan,
which is designed to better align Verdant resources and activities with collaborative
health projects focused on these newly re昀椀ned priorities:

Access to Direct Healthcare Services

Child, Adolescent, and Young Adult Mental Health
The plan ensures the community has access to a full range of acute hospital and
outpatient services, invests in programs that enhance the overall health of our
community and convenes partners and the community to facilitate ongoing
communication and collaboration.
