Slings Protection
Achieves 100% of nominal rope breaking strength.
When any wire rope assembly is being used as
a sling, it shall then contain “sling” in the product
description. This designation becomes additionally
important whenever it contains swaged end hardware
as it must then be 100% proof tested. In accordance
with ASME B30.9, sling assemblies must also be
tagged with necessary ID information.
