How you can help today:Support our “WelcomingNashville Fund” for our newAfghan NeighborsGreater Nashville will soon welcome morethan 300 of our Afghan allies as part of thehistoric nationwide effort to resettle over 50,000evacuees from Afghanistan.During this critical time, several nonprofitorganizations including United Way of GreaterNashville, Catholic Charities, Diocese ofNashville, the Nashville International Center forEmpowerment (NICE) and the American MuslimAdvisory Council (AMAC) teamed up to establishthe Welcoming Nashville Fund, a citywidefundraising campaign housed at United Way ofGreater Nashville.The campaign will help fund resettlementprograms already established at CatholicCharities and NICE. Resettlement professionalsand case managers will help our Afghan alliessecure housing, stock pantries, receive necessaryhealth care, obtain important legal documentsand much more as they begin their new lives inthe United States.BUT WE COULDN’T DO IT ALONEYour support helps ...
